The questions people actually ask.
Straight answers, including the price question everybody dodges.
You work in your business. I'll work on it.
What exactly do you do?
You work in your business. I'll work on it. Marketing, money, tech, or how the shop runs, whichever the month needs. I make the choices you don't have time to make, and I write the plan we both work from.
What does it cost?
One set price each month, agreed before we start, and it doesn't change after. I don't post a price because the honest number depends on your business. You get it in our first talk, by text if you want.
Is there a contract?
No. You pay by the month, no set number of months, no goodbye meeting. Fire me with a one-line text and your last bill is your last bill.
What is the guarantee?
If I don't pay for myself, fire me. That means money found, costs cut, stuff finally done, problems that stop eating your week. You should be able to see it. The month you can't, you know what to do.
How fast do you respond?
Fast. Text is the main way to reach me, and I answer quickly, even late. If I'm with a client you'll hear back within the hour, usually sooner.
Who do you work with?
Owners who run the place, doing roughly $250K to $20M a year. Builders and repair crews, clinics, shops, agencies, restaurants, online stores. Not brand-new companies chasing investor money, and not companies that already have a real team of chiefs.
How do we start?
Text me what's going on. Typos, a quick list, a voice memo, whatever's fastest. Then we do a 17-minute call and you decide.
