Every meeting is 17 minutes.
Long enough to make a real decision. Short enough that you never have to protect your calendar from me.
You work in your business. I'll work on it.
Why it works
An hour-long weekly call turns into a catch-up nobody needed. Seventeen minutes puts the real question first. Anything longer is usually not a meeting at all. It's work, and work is my job, not yours.
What it means for you
You can always grab me. No back-and-forth to find a time, no list of topics to send first, no waiting until Thursday. I can always make a 17 for you, and everything in between happens over text.
Why 17 minutes and not 15 or 30?
Because 15 is a round number people stretch, and 30 is an hour that lost weight. 17 is odd enough that everyone shows up ready. Long enough to make a real decision, short enough that it actually happens.
What if it needs more than 17 minutes?
Then it is not a meeting, it is work, and I go do it. Meetings are for deciding. The doing happens after, and you hear about it by text.
What happens between meetings?
Text. That's the main way we talk. Screenshots, voice memos, messy questions at 11pm. I answer fast, and that speed is most of what you're paying for.
